At AverisAI, we are committed to ensuring that your personal data is handled responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. By participating in an interview conducted through our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data (including name, CV information, and responses during the interview) is processed solely for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications and supporting human decision-making in the recruitment process.
AverisAI uses artificial intelligence (AI) to:

Provide a knowledge-based SWOT analysis and summary report
Important: AI is used exclusively as a tool to assist human recruiters. It does not make hiring decisions or assign final ratings.
2. Nature of Data Processed

Only data relevant to your qualifications and application is collected and processed.

No voice analysis, emotion recognition, or sensitive trait profiling is performed.

The system does not evaluate psychological, biometric, or emotional characteristics.
3. Use of Third-Party Processors
During the pilot phase, parts of the processing may occur in the European Union and the United States using secure and compliant third-party services. Subprocessors involved in the interview process include:

OpenAI (language processing, GDPR-compliant)

ElevenLabs (audio processing, pilot phase only, under Data Processing Agreement)

Microsoft Azure (infrastructure and hosting, GDPR-compliant)
All subprocessors are contractually bound to ensure data protection and confidentiality.
4. Data Retention
All interview-related data will be automatically deleted after 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or explicitly authorized by the candidate.
5. Access and Confidentiality
Your data is stored securely in the AverisApp system and is protected by strict access controls. Only authorized HR personnel involved in the hiring process will have access to your data.
6. Candidate Rights

You may withdraw from the interview at any time without any negative impact on your application.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, in accordance with GDPR.

7. Fair Use and Conduct

Use of AI tools, impersonation, or any form of automated answering during the interview is strictly prohibited.

If such conduct is detected, AverisAI reserves the right to remove the candidate from the recruitment process and pursue further action, including penalties where permitted by law.
